What payment methods are supported?

You can pay using credit or debit cards or PayPal.

Do you offer educational discounts?

Not yet, but our team is exploring education-focused plans for the future.

How do I update the information on my invoice?

Invoices are automatically generated using the details provided during account registration (email, name, and country).

If you need additional information to appear, such as a company name, address, or VAT number, please contact contact@mango3d.io, and our support team can manually update your invoice.

How do I update my payment method?

This feature is currently being improved.

For now, please add your new payment method to your account, then contact contact@mango3d.io, and our support team can associate it with your active subscription.

Refunds

How can I request a refund?

If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact our support team at contact@mango3d.io and include:

  • The email linked to your Lychee account
  • Your payment method and date of charge
  • A brief description of the issue

When am I eligible for a refund?

Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case.

We may issue refunds in situations such as:

  • Duplicate payments or double billing
  • Being unable to use the service due to a verified technical issue
  • Other valid cases at Mango3D’s discretion

Notes:

  • Monthly credits and subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
  • If you cancel mid-month, your plan remains active until the end of the cycle.
