What are the benefits of subscribing?

Subscribing to Lychee Gen gives you access to monthly credits at a reduced rate compared to one-time credit packs.

Each plan provides a different amount of credits per month, letting you choose the option that best fits your creative needs.

You can also purchase a one-time credit pack for €19.99 (1600 + 400 credits) with no active subscription required.

How do I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan directly from your account by clicking the “Upgrade” button under the plan you’d like.

When you upgrade, the system will only charge you the difference in price between your current plan and the new one. It will also add the difference in credits to your account.

👉 For example, if you’re on the 400 + 100-credit plan (€4.99/month) and switch to the 900 + 200-credit plan (€9.99/month), you’ll be charged €5 and receive 600 additional credits.

Please note that if you’ve already used part of your current credits, your balance won’t reset to the full amount of the new plan, instead, you’ll simply get the remaining difference added to what you already have.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Lychee account on our website and opening the Subscription tab.

Will a higher-tier plan improve generation quality?

No. All subscription tiers provide the same model quality. The only difference is the number of monthly credits included.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

You can continue using any remaining credits until your plan expires.

Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each cycle and do not carry over to the next month.

Why didn’t I receive the fill number of credits this month?

Monthly credits reset at the beginning of each billing period.

If you had unused credits from the previous month, they do not accumulate, your account balance refreshes to the plan’s standard monthly amount.

Do you offer annual plans or promotions?

At launch, only monthly plans are available.

Promotional offers may be added later, when they are, details will be shared in this article and on our official channels.
