On Windows, when launching the Lychee Slicer installation software, the operating system may display an information box indicating that “Windows protected your PC” along with a “Don’t run” button.
Don’t worry, this is a false alert caused by the application’s security certificate, which had to be renewed. Your Windows Smart Screen is simply not yet aware of the change, and this message should only appear once.
To bypass this notification, it’s very simple: click on the “More Info” link, then click the “Run anyway” button, and the Lychee Slicer installer will automatically launch.
