For New Users
- Create an Account If you don’t already have a Lychee Slicer account, start by signing up.
- Choose a Subscription Plan After logging in, navigate to the Subscription section. Select either the monthly or yearly plan for Lychee Plus or Library, depending on what your coupon code applies to. Tip: If your coupon is for 3 or 6 months, choose the monthly option.
- Apply the Coupon Code Enter your coupon code in the provided field (see screenshot below), then click “Apply” to activate your discount.
Note: If you’re using a monthly coupon code, you’ll receive a 0€ invoice each month for the duration of the coupon period.
When entering your coupon code, make sure there’s no extra space at the end. This is a common error that can prevent the code from working.
If you run into any issues, please take a screenshot of the browser console by following these steps: Right-click anywhere on the page > Inspect > Console tab, then email the screenshot to contact@mango3d.io for support.
For Existing Users
If you already have an active subscription, please note that coupon codes cannot be applied to ongoing plans. You’ll need to wait until your current subscription expires before using a code.
Once your subscription has ended, simply follow the same steps as a new user to apply your coupon.
